The Center for Physical Education and Sports of the University of Lodz is a modern sports complex offering a range of opportunities for active recreation.

There is a professional 25-meter swimming pool with 6 lanes, a spacious 47 x 24-meter sports hall, and exercise rooms equipped with Body Ball, dumbbell and Fit-Balls equipment.

The facility also has a cozy buffet overlooking both the pool and the sports hall, creating a pleasant atmosphere after a workout. The center offers special classes, including therapeutic swimming and relaxation exercises, adapted also for people with disabilities.
