Description

The Adam Mickiewicz Park is a picturesque area of almost 50 hectares, located in the charming valley of the Sokolowka River.

It is a place with a rich history dating back to the Middle Ages, which later became part of the royal residence of Julius Heinzl.

The park delights with a variety of landscapes, numerous staircases, fountains and waterfalls, and an impressive collection of tree species. A special attraction is the Didactic Garden with sequoias, ginkgo trees and rhododendrons.

History buffs will appreciate the historic sculpture 'Boy with Carp' by Meltzer, moved to the park in 1908.
