Description

The Czersk Castle is a medieval Gothic fortress from the turn of the 14th and 15th centuries, built by Prince Janusz I.

It is a place full of history, where you can climb the two accessible towers and enjoy picturesque views of the surrounding orchards and fields.

The castle bustles with activity during knightly tournaments, family history picnics and concerts held here. Partially destroyed during the Swedish invasion of 1656, it today impresses with the remains of three towers, an 18th century brick bridge and parts of the north and east wings.
