The Castle of the Pomeranian Dukes in Szczecin is a historic fortress dating back to the 12th century, once the seat of the Pomeranian dukes of the Griffin family.

Today it is one of the largest cultural centers in the West Pomeranian region, combining Gothic architecture with Renaissance elements.

Visitors can admire the impressive mechanical clock, the mysterious Witches' Cell dedicated to Sydonia von Borcke, the 17th-century astronomical clock and the panoramic terrace overlooking the city.

The castle is vibrant with cultural life - concerts, art exhibitions, scientific meetings and literary events are held here.
