Ynyshir Restaurant and Rooms is a unique venue combining innovative Japanese-British cuisine with luxurious accommodations in picturesque Wales.
Chef Gareth Ward, awarded 2019 Chef of the Year by Good Food Guide, creates culinary masterpieces here from the finest Welsh ingredients. The tasting menu includes some 30 creative dishes, often featuring sashimi and Wagyu A5 beef.
The restaurant boasts two Michelin stars and five AA rosettes. The interior with sheepskins, natural wood and handmade crockery perfectly captures the character of Wales, while energetic music creates a unique atmosphere.
