The Viewing Tower, Geotourism Path 'Former Babin Mine' is a fascinating facility in Łęknica, operating on the site of a coal mine that operated from 1921 to 1973.

The 24-meter-high wooden tower offers breathtaking panoramic views of colorful lakes and the unique landscape created after mining activities. The approximately 5-kilometer-long trail leads through unusual geological formations, including acid water springs and high slopes of former workings.

It's an ideal place for nature, geology and history enthusiasts to enjoy phenomenal lakes, including the famous Lake Africa, named for its shape resembling a map of the continent.
