Plage Salavaux

Plage Salavaux is one of the longest freshwater beaches in Switzerland, located on the shores of Lake Murten.

The golden fine sand and gently sloping bottom make it ideal for families with children. The shallow water allows for safe play, and the spacious beach provides comfort even during peak season.

You can rent a kayak, canoe or SUP board and discover the lake from a different perspective. For activity lovers, there are beach volleyball courts and scenic hiking trails among the surrounding vineyards.
