Description
U Fukier is the oldest restaurant in Warsaw, with a history dating back to the 16th century. Initially it was a wine store in the cellars of a tenement built by Gregory Korab, a famous wine merchant.
The interior impresses with a romantic candlelit atmosphere, vaulted rooms full of flowers, art and antiques. The menu reflects traditional Polish cuisine with dishes such as Polish sirloin tartare, herring appetizer and pork chops.
It's a place that has been a favorite among politicians, aristocrats and artists, where you can experience the real Poland - its taste, smell and color.
