Description
The Silesian Zoological Garden is one of the largest and oldest zoological gardens in Poland, where you can admire nearly 3,000 animals of more than 300 species.
A unique attraction is the Dinosaur Valley with models of prehistoric reptiles - the first such exhibition in the country.
After an absence of 43 years, penguins returned to the zoo, which can be observed in a specially prepared enclosure with a huge pool.
Animal lovers will appreciate the diverse collection, including African elephants, hippos, bears, buffalo and Siberian tigers.
