Museo Atlántico Lanzarote is a fascinating underwater art museum that delights divers and snorkelers from around the world.
Located at a depth of 12-15 meters, it showcases more than 300 life-size sculptures by Jason deCaires Taylor. Each installation tells a story about man's relationship with nature, climate change and marine conservation.
The sculptures are made of eco-friendly materials, which over time become artificial reefs that attract marine life. It's not just an art gallery, but also a living ecosystem where colorful fish and sea turtles swim among the artistic installations.
