Velenje Beach is a unique lakeside beach created from the reclamation of post-mining land, which has won the title of Slovenia's best natural bathing area seven times.
The clean, warm water is perfect for swimming, sailing, and paddleboarding, while the free water park with inflatables provides entertainment for the whole family. The adjacent Vista Park offers a 14-meter viewing platform with a panorama of the lake and mountains, as well as beach volleyball, tennis, and mini-golf courts.
Wooden piers, free sun loungers, dog beaches, and bike paths create the perfect place for active recreation or lazy relaxation with a drink at the beach bar at sunset.
