Description
Dolina ku Dziurze is a picturesque, small valley in the Western Tatra Mountains, ideal for a short walk with the family. Its name comes from the Dziura Cave (also known as the Robber's Den), which, according to legend, was the hideout of the famous Zakopane robber Wojtek Matei.
The easy 900-meter trail leading to the cave takes about 20-30 minutes one way and is accessible even to inexperienced tourists.
The valley offers not only beautiful views, but also a cool refuge on hot days and the opportunity to explore several smaller caves, such as the Higher Hole and the Fox's Den.
