Silver Mountain | Restaurant and Rooms is a unique place at the foot of the Camaldolese Monastery in Bielany, combining tradition with modernity.

It is one of the largest vineyards in Poland (28 hectares), continuing the medieval tradition of viticulture by the Camaldolese fathers. The winery is famous for its diverse varietals, including Riesling, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, which have won numerous awards in prestigious competitions.
