Description
The Vistula Springs Monument in Wisła is a unique sculpture with a rich history that is a symbol of Poland's longest river.
The current 2014 version, unveiled by President Bronislaw Komorowski, depicts a barefoot girl carrying flowers - symbolizing the river's connection to all Polish lands.
The monument is located in the picturesque Historic Adventure Park, just two minutes from the city center. It's the perfect place to take a walk, take photos and relax for a while amidst beautiful nature. It is worth combining your visit with a trip to Barania Góra, where the actual sources of the Vistula River are located.
