Browar Księży Młyn – restaurant and brewery in Łódź's wedding hall is a unique place in a historic 19th-century cotton mill, where the history of Łódź's industry meets the craft of brewing.
The interior impresses with its original brickwork, copper tanks visible from the hall, and post-industrial elegance. The brewery produces 11 varieties of beer according to traditional recipes, which perfectly complement the chef's seasonal menu.
