Playa de Las Teresitas

Playa de Las Teresitas is a unique beach on the northern coast of Tenerife, created from more than 270,000 tons of golden sand brought from the Sahara in the 1970s.

It stretches for nearly 1.5 kilometers and is protected by a breakwater that provides calm waters ideal for swimming. It has the prestigious Blue Flag for its clean water and high quality amenities.

The beach offers numerous amenities, including showers, changing rooms and playgrounds for children. Nearby is the picturesque fishing village of San Andrés, famous for its colorful houses and local cuisine.
