Playas del Este

Playas del Este is a picturesque string of beaches stretching nearly 6 km along the Cuban coast, just 20 minutes from Havana.

Each beach has its own unique character - Santa María del Mar impresses with its wide white sand and turquoise waters, Guanabo offers a more rustic experience, and Boca Ciega attracts Cuban families with its natural atmosphere.

Here you can swim, sunbathe or try water sports. The Gulf Stream flowing through the Florida Straits creates strong currents, so use caution when swimming.
