Pasaż Róży

The Passage of Roses is an unusual art installation in Lodz that impresses with a mosaic of thousands of pieces of mirrors covering the entire space.

This unique work was created by Joanna Rajkowska as a tribute to her daughter Rosa, who was struggling with eye cancer. The mirrors symbolize the retina, highlighting the wonder of vision and the dynamic nature of perspective.

The space changes depending on the time of day and weather conditions, creating a magical, illuminated world in place of the former gray courtyard. It is the perfect place for photography and art lovers, where each visit offers a new and fascinating visual experience.
