Netravali Wildlife Sanctuary

Netravali Wildlife Sanctuary is a 211-kilometer biodiversity reserve in the Western Ghats, where dense forests hide the spectacular Savari and Mainapi waterfalls with natural swimming pools.

Over 200 species of birds, black panthers, Indian gaurs, and giant squirrels inhabit this unique ecosystem. The unique Bubble Pond and ancient temples add to the magic of this place, which is especially enchanting during the monsoon when clouds shroud the Sahyadri Mountains.
