Description
The Nursery in Muskauer Park in Łęknica is a historic site of great importance to the entire park complex. It was created on the initiative of Prince Hermann von Pückler-Muskau, who began creating the park in 1815.
The nursery played a key role in the development of one of the largest arboreta in Europe, providing seedlings adapted to local conditions. It is currently undergoing restoration as part of a project to revitalize historic elements of the UNESCO-listed park.
It is an ideal destination for nature, horticulture and history lovers, offering insights into ancient plant cultivation methods and their importance in the development of the art of gardening.
