Description

The Zbigniew Rubinowski Wietrznia Nature Reserve is a geological gem of Kielce and the largest reserve in the city.

This former quarry reveals a fascinating 100-meter geological profile from the Devonian period (365-386 million years ago), rich in fossils of prehistoric fish, sponges and other sea creatures.

The Geoeducation Center operating here offers multimedia exhibitions, thematic models and workshops, and even a '5D' movie projected in a special capsule. It's the perfect place for nature lovers, geology enthusiasts and anyone craving an unusual experience.
