Reserva Natural de Morro de Areia is a spectacular nature reserve on the island of Boa Vista, where golden dunes reaching 50 meters in height meet the turquoise ocean.

It is one of the most surreal places in Africa - a desert landscape merging directly with the Atlantic waves. Here, you can sandboard down the dunes, explore limestone caves carved out by the sea, and observe sea turtles and tropical birds.
