Description
The Saxon Garden is the first municipal park in Lublin, established in 1837 by engineer Feliks Bieczynski.
Designed in the English style, it impresses with its natural uneven terrain and romantic landscape. Walking along the alleys, one can admire numerous species of trees, shrubs and herbaceous plants.
The oldest feature of the park is a chapel from 1736, commemorating the plague epidemic that hit Lublin in the 17th century. It is an ideal place for nature lovers, romantics and families looking for a moment of relaxation in the heart of the city.
