Description
Slowinski National Park is a unique place on the map of Poland, famous for its moving dunes, which constantly change their shape under the influence of the wind.
The park offers more than 130 km of hiking and biking trails, allowing you to explore a variety of ecosystems - from dunes to peat bogs, meadows to forests. Rare bird species can be admired here, including the bald eagle and black stork.
The park has picturesque lakes: Łebsko, Gardno and Dołgie Wielkie. History lovers will appreciate the museum in Rąbka presenting the region's natural heritage and the remains of a World War II V-2 rocket launcher.
