Description
Biebrza National Park is the largest national park in Poland, famous for its vast wetlands, which are among the best preserved in Europe.
It is a bird lover's paradise - more than 280 species, including rare and endangered species, can be observed here. The park's symbol is the ruff, known for its unique mating plumage.
The park is also home to numerous mammals, including moose, beavers, otters and lynx. Numerous hiking and biking trails as well as observation towers allow visitors to admire the unique ecosystems without interfering with the delicate balance of nature.
