Muzeum Inkluzji w Bursztynie

The Museum of Inclusions in Amber is a unique place for lovers of natural history and paleontology. It has an impressive collection of nearly 6,000 amber nuggets containing more than 15,000 organic inclusions, making it one of the largest collections of its kind in Poland.

The museum features a fascinating permanent exhibition 'Life in the Amber Forest' with a diorama of an amber forest and a variety of inclusions such as insect wings, snail shells and animal hair.

It is not only an exhibition site, but also an active research center, where scientists conduct work on the taxonomy of organisms enclosed in amber millions of years ago.
