Lyrarakis Winery & Tasting Room

Lyrarakis Winery & Tasting Room is a unique winery with a rich history dating back to 1966. Located at an altitude of 440 meters surrounded by the Lassithi Mountains, it offers an unforgettable experience for wine lovers.

The place is famous for saving rare Cretan grape varieties such as Daphni, Plyto and Melissaki. On the winery grounds, you can admire preserved stone wine presses dating back to the 14th century, testifying to the region's centuries-old winemaking tradition.

Tastings include a selection of 5 or 7 wines, including unique wines from single vineyards. Non-alcoholic tasting options are available for children.
