Jezioro Gielądzkie

The Gielądzkie Lake is a picturesque body of water located in the Olsztyn province, part of a larger wetland area. It is intersected by the Elbląg Canal, making the site a unique habitat for a variety of birds and waterfowl.

The lake's marshy shores overgrown with reeds and small, hard-to-reach marshy woods add to the site's natural charm. The surrounding area offers excellent conditions for bird watching, hiking and exploring local culture.

Hiking and biking trails are available for outdoor enthusiasts, including a blue hiking trail along the lakeshore that intersects with the R1 bike trail in places.
