Description
The former monument to SA militiamen is an unusual vestige of history located in Breslau's East Park. This octagonal brick structure with a granite facade was designed by Richard Konwiarz and unveiled in 1937.
The monument is a testament to the complicated history of the city and region between the wars. Partially reconstructed, without the most controversial symbols, it is today an interesting point of interest for history and architecture enthusiasts.

Piotr Piotrowski11 months agoThe monument was designed by Richard Konwiarz in 1935. It had a stone swastika built into one of the walls, which was bricked up a few years ago. The monument is currently in a terrible condition, covered in graffiti, and the pedestal may soon collapse. In fact, it should probably be completely dismantled.
Grzegorz Deląg7 years agoIt looks like an old, ugly bunker. Cool place. I was surprised by fate, but it was an interesting thing. Trche in the style of the Red Army monuments in the east.
