Description
Ivy Tower is one of Lębork's most valuable monuments, dating back to 1363. This unique corner tower of the city's defensive walls impresses with its original architecture - a square base transforming into an octagonal shape on the second floor, topped with a steep tile roof.
The name comes from the ivy that once overgrew its walls, which froze and died in 1855. The tower is a fascinating part of the city's medieval defense system and is an excellent starting point for exploring historic Lębork.
