Melek Güdücüa year agoIt’s a lovely place. Perfect for a relaxing getaway. Enjoy the pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and Turkish bath. Breakfast was decent but dinner was delicious and there were quite good cocktails. But think twice if nudity is a problem for you, it came as a shock to me.
Joaquin Acosta2 years agoNot a 4* hotel in my opinion, our room wasn't made in 2 days; the stuff don't speak English, Spanish, french Italian or Portuguese (only two girls speak English, really nice people ) and the best they want make us payed 100€ more (system problem (?)) And lucky my sister in law speak Poland to take it back.
If not the spa is good!
Gonzalo Acosta2 years agoThe stay was fine. The service at the pool and jacuzzi is ok and we had a good time. The service at the restaurant lacks a bit of profesjonalizm.
The main issue we had at the hotel was when checking out. My parents were charged 400 zł more and when trying to ask about it in English they weren't given any explanation. We had to intervine with my wife speaking in Polish to get back the overpayment they made. The hotel's explanation was that it was an issue in their system, what makes me believe is that if you don't speak polish you will be overcharge in this hotel.Related categories
