Winnica Saint Vincent

Saint Vincent Winery is one of the largest wineries in the Lubuskie region and all of Poland, founded in 2009 by Frenchman Jean Mulot.

Seven grape varieties are grown on 6.5 hectares, including white Riesling, Pinot Gris, Gewürztraminer and Muscat Ottonel, and reds Rondo, Regent and Pinot Noir.

The winery combines local tradition with European professionalism, using biodynamic farming methods that enhance the natural resilience of the plants. For wine lovers, this is a unique opportunity to learn about the production process and taste high-quality Polish wines.
