Description
Chaweng Beach is the longest beach on Koh Samui Island, stretching 7 kilometers along the east coast.
It is characterized by powdery white sand and emerald-blue waters, surrounded by coral reefs forming a tranquil bay ideal for snorkeling and kayaking.
The beach is divided into three sections: North Chaweng (calmer), Central Chaweng (bustling) and Chaweng Noi (Little Chaweng - more intimate).
Nearby are two small islands that can be explored at low tide by wading through the shallow water.
