Description
Spiaggia Chiaia is a unique black volcanic sand beach on the Italian island of Procida. Its horseshoe-shaped bay offers spectacular views of the Sorrento Peninsula and turquoise waters.

Jennifer McNally5 months agoAmazing view and nice and quiet on a warm Feb day. The sea looks clear but I saw some not so nice things floating in it. Also lots of plastic debris along the beach which is just so sad that such a pretty idyllic spot has so much plastic on it. One end did the beach was a bit cleaner, maybe in summer it’s kept cleaner but sad that it’s an issue in the first place and people don’t dispose of their plastic responsibly. Still we had a lovely time and the view was 10/10
Laura Almeida7 years agoNice beach, kid friendly. There's a snack-bar where you can rent beach beds and umbrellas, buy a shower for 1€ and change in a room. The water is clear but it doesn't get very deep. There is a marina in front of the beach. To enter the beach you need to go through a little path and go down some stairs.
Natasa Popovic2 years agoI'm in love with this beach, the view is stunning! It's nice and quiet there, and water is very shallow until you reach the rocks so it's probably a nice place for kids. There is also one bar to buy something if you want, but I don't rhink there are showers, I haven't seen themRelated categories
