หาดทรายนวล (Sai Nuan Beach) is a charming beach on the west coast of Koh Tao Island, Thailand. It is characterized by white sand, crystal clear waters and a tranquil atmosphere that takes you back to the 1990s.

It's the perfect place for lovers of nature and tranquility. The beach consists of two parts divided by rocks, which creates excellent conditions for snorkeling. Here you can observe a variety of marine life, including stingrays, pelagics and even black finned reef sharks.

There are two cafes in the area, as well as the distinctive Banana Rock Bar, which offers a breathtaking view of the sunset.
