Description
Brighton Jetty is a historic pier that connects the past to the present. Originally built in 1886, it was rebuilt after being destroyed by storms in 1994.
At the beginning of the pier is the War Memorial Arch, where traditional dawn services are held annually on Anzac Day.
This is an ideal spot for families - the beach is guarded by the Brighton Surf Lifesaving Club during the summer. As you stroll along the pier, you can admire the works of local artists and enjoy the many amenities such as picnic areas.
