Sarnia Skała

Sarnia Skała is a scenic viewpoint in the Tatra National Park, offering breathtaking panoramas of Zakopane and the Tatra Mountains.

This small limestone rock formation is accessible via several well-marked trails, including the black one from the Strążyska Valley and the yellow one from the Bialy Valley.

The hike to the top takes about 1.5 hours and is considered moderately difficult, ideal for families and nature lovers. Along the way you can admire unique rock formations, Siklawica waterfall and learn about the interesting history of the area, related to the mining of uranium in a nearby cave in the 1950s.
