The Leaning Tower in Toruń is a fascinating monument of medieval defensive architecture dating back to the 13th century. Its most distinctive feature is its tilt - the upper part of the tower is tilted 1.5 meters from vertical!

The tower has a rich history - it served as part of the city's defense system, later as a women's prison, a smithy and an apartment for a gunsmith.
