Description
The Nave Sculpture is a fascinating art installation designed by Oskar Zięta, consisting of 35 bionic steel arches.
Made using innovative FiDU (internal pressure molding) technology, the sculpture reflects the shape of the island and surrounding architecture, including St. John the Baptist Cathedral.
The mirrored surface of the arches creates a reflective effect, giving the impression that the sculpture naturally grows out of the ground. Through parametric design, each element was perfectly matched to its surroundings.
It is a popular venue for meetings, photo shoots and art events and has become a distinctive element of the Wroclaw landscape.
