Koh Lipe

Koh Lipe is a picturesque island in Satun province in southern Thailand. This small island (2.5 km x 3.5 km) offers three main beaches: Pattaya Beach, Sunrise Beach and Sunset Beach, each with unique character and beautiful views.

Koh Lipe is famous for its rich marine life - about 25% of the world's tropical fish species are found here! The island is inhabited by about 700 people, including 500 Urak Lawoi (sea gypsies) with a fascinating animist culture.

With no cars and a main Walking Street full of stores and restaurants, Koh Lipe is the perfect place for relaxing holidays, snorkeling and diving in crystal clear waters.
