Alpenzoo Innsbruck - Tirol

Alpenzoo Innsbruck - Tirol is one of the highest zoos in Europe (750 meters above sea level), offering extraordinary views of the Nordkette mountain range and the city.

The zoo has a unique collection of more than 2,000 animals from 150 species specific to the Alpine region, including bears, wolves, moose and birds of prey.

There are aquariums, terrariums and enclosures to walk through, as well as Europe's largest aviary for golden eagles. For the little ones, there are playgrounds and a climbing wall leading to the Eagle's Nest.
