Description

The Pula Amphitheater is one of the best preserved Roman amphitheaters in the world, built in the 1st century AD during the reign of Emperor Vespasian.

This impressive white limestone structure can hold up to 23,000 spectators and is distinguished by its four fully preserved side towers.

Today, the arena hosts concerts of world stars, film festivals and operas, and in the basement you can visit a permanent exhibition about grape and olive growing in ancient Istria. This is a unique opportunity to feel the spirit of ancient Rome and experience culture in a unique setting.
