The Refectory at Fowlescombe Farm is a unique restaurant nestled in the heart of a 450-acre organic farm in Devon, where the four-course tasting menu changes daily.
Chef Elly Wentworth creates dishes exclusively from produce grown in the farm’s own gardens, fields, and livestock—from spring lamb to autumn orchard fruits. Everything is prepared in-house: butter, bread, cured meats, pickles, and even herbal cocktails made from garden herbs.
An intimate space with a long oak table for 16 and an open kitchen provides a theatrical atmosphere for communal dining.
