Whitmoor Common

Whitmoor Common is a unique natural space located near Guildford. This diverse area combines heathland, woodland, meadows, ponds and streams to create a nature lover's paradise.

It's a place with a rich history - it was used as a grazing area for thousands of years, and during World War II it was used to test tanks.

Observe 19 species of dragonflies, rare plants like the sundew and birds nesting on the heath. Specially marked paths and footbridges allow you to explore these natural treasures without disturbing the local ecosystem.
