Weingut Karl Heidrich is a family-owned winery with over 500 years of history located in picturesque Bacharach.

It is famous for its excellent vineyards such as Bacharacher Wolfshöhle and Burg Stahleck, where the Riesling varietal is mainly grown. The traditional strausswirtschaft (wine tavern) offers local delicacies that pair perfectly with the wines - be sure to try the 'farmer's daily ration' that includes black pudding, liver sausage and ham.

The winery also organizes interesting events, such as pig feasts and vineyard walks. There are special tastings for wine lovers, including the famous 'Tower of Love' combining sweet and dry wines.
