Wat Plai Laem

Wat Plai Laem is a unique Buddhist temple on Koh Samui Island, combining traditional Thai and Chinese architectural styles.

The complex impresses with its impressive statues, including an 18-arm statue of Guanyin (Goddess of Mercy) and a white statue of Budai (Laughing Buddha).

The temple is located on a picturesque pond, crossed by three beautifully designed bridges. Feeding the fish in the pond is said to bring good luck and is great fun for the whole family.
