Description
The Villa Barbarigo Garden in Valsanzibio is a monumental Baroque garden dating back to the 17th century, stretching over 10 hectares among the Euganean Hills. Designed by Luigi Bernini as a symbolic path from ignorance to salvation, it delights visitors with over 60 stone sculptures, fountains, and water cascades.
The world's oldest boxwood maze, 1.5 km long, Rabbit Island, the Hermit's Grotto, and the Monument to Time create an extraordinary journey through history and mythology. Recognized as the most beautiful garden in Italy, it combines Christian spirituality with Baroque art.
