Antico Forno Roscioli is a legendary Roman bakery that has been operating continuously since 1824, run by four generations of the Roscioli family.

The house specialty is the famous pizza bianca—crispy dough with tomato sauce enriched with olive oil, without cheese or toppings. It is this pizza that Romans queue up for every morning.
