Hopfen & Co. is a unique restaurant in the heart of Bolzano, housed in a historic building that was once part of the city walls and an old prison.

This place is famous for producing its own Bozner Bier beer, served directly to the tables in the historic 'Stuben' on the three floors of the premises.
