Vyšehrad

Vyšehrad is a historic fortress in Prague, which was the original seat of the Czech monarchs.

This picturesque complex combines various architectural styles, from Romanesque to Gothic and Baroque. Walking around the grounds, you'll discover the Basilica of St. Peter and St. Paul with its imposing towers, a historic cemetery where some of the most famous Czech artists are buried, and the Rotunda of St. Martin dating back to the 11th century.
